I booked a houseboat in Amsterdam through this company by mistake. I thought I was renting a different houseboat and discovered my mistake almost immediately. I emailed right away to cancel and got a stock response email that did not address the problem. I wrote to the company to make sure it was cancelled, which it was, but they refused to refund any of my $156.00 deposit. I feel that this is a greedy service and can see no reason why they can't refund my deposit, especially since I cancelled three months in advance; plenty of time for them to find someone else to rent the houseboat.

Monetary Loss: $156.
